Olivier Bucheli is an inventor of 6 patents in the field of electroceramic membrane reactors (SOFC&SOE). EP3577709B1: “Method And System For Producing Hydrogen, Electricity And Co-production” for the combined production of hydrogen and electricity from methane using Solid Oxide Fuel Cells. Dr. Bucheli is an industry leading scientist in Fuel Cell. Dr. Bucheli has successfully transferred solid oxide cell stack technology from academia research during 2010 to 2021 to commercialization of an industry product at SolidPower, Pergine, Italy. Dr. Bucheli continues his research as a scientific advisor to InfraPrime in Switzerland. As the President of the European Fuel Cell Forum AG, Lucerne, Switzerland, Dr. Bucheli is the lead organiser of the Europe’s PEM, SOFC and SOE conférence with the world fuel cell and electrolysers scientists. He is the vice-chair of the Coordination Group and Leader of the Technical Committee for 4 Stationary Fuel Cells at Hydrogen Europe, his representation includes the “White Dragon” IPCEI to phase out coal in Western Macedonia. Dr. Bucheli has aMaster of Science Chemical Engineering, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland (EPFL), a postgraduate degree in Management of Technology (MoT) of the University of Lausanne and EPF Lausanne, Switzerland and an Executive MBA in Management of Technology at HEC Lausanne and EPF Lausanne, Switzerland
